1. The service
Oddsasa Sure Tips ("we", "us") provides football (soccer) betting tips and statistical predictions through our mobile app and website (together, "the Service"). We are an information service only - we are not a bookmaker, we do not accept stakes, and we do not pay out winnings.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended for persons aged 18 or over, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that betting is legal where you live.
3. No guarantees
All tips are statistical predictions provided for entertainment and information. Past results - including any win rate shown on the Service - do not guarantee future performance. Betting involves risk: never stake more than you can afford to lose. If you have a gambling problem, seek help from a local support organisation.
4. Subscriptions & billing
VIP subscriptions are sold and billed entirely through Google Play. Prices are displayed in USD and converted to your local currency by Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Google Play's refund and cancellation policies apply.
5. Acceptable use
You may not resell, republish, scrape or redistribute the tips or any part of the Service. Automated extraction of content may result in access being blocked. The brand name, logo and design are the property of Oddsasa Sure Tips.
6. Availability
We aim to publish tips before every kickoff covered by the relevant category, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may pause, change or discontinue parts of the Service, including specific VIP categories.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of the Service, including stakes placed on our tips, interruptions of the Service, or third-party services such as Google Play or Telegram.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.
